1. The Like and Get Likes Thread - Renewed (Again) - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Help me Capsuleers, you're (probably) my only hope! I think there's a fondness for LEGO here, and I wonder if you might like to support a project of mine with likes - just not here! The X-Bomber from Star Fleet So, yes, it's a spaceship. In EV...

2. [ Recruiting ] Bene Gesserit Chapterhouse - in Alliance and Corporation Recruitment Center [original thread]
I have been with BGC for a few years now; they are typical of the sort of supportive group who take Eve seriously, but not too seriously. There really is a place for any style of player in this corp, WH included. Apply as detailed above.

3. Esacpe Key, Function Keys, Tab, Enter not working - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I had been suffering with something similar to this that caused keyboard shortcuts to fall over, and it was due to my touchpad driver not being current despite Windows thinking it was. Can you do anything different in space than in station keys wi...

4. New player, struggling with Solar System Map controls - in EVE Trial Citizens Q&A [original thread]
At the risk of appearing to be talking to myself, I have finally managed to figure this out. I saw some references to an Elantech Touchpad driver that seemed later than mine, but thought this was for a different sort of pad. Both the Windows drive...

6. Zoom failure on PI in station, solar system map generally - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
So, I got a USB mouse and plugged it in and everything worked absolutely fine. It's some issue with the touchpad but no idea what. Has anyone got any suggestions? It just seems like even the most basic touchpad functions that work in Windows don't...

7. New player, struggling with Solar System Map controls - in EVE Trial Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I am having a similarly annoying problem on a PC. When in space I can zoom in and out using Page Up, Page Down keys for planetary interaction and on my ship view. In stations, I can't, and I can't do anything with the solar system map at all using...

8. Zoom failure on PI in station, solar system map generally - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
I hope someone can help with this, it's driving me mad. I have an Elantech touchpad, which may be the issue, but I have turned all its "advanced" features off and no joy. On looking at a planet whilst in station for PI, the zoom keys simply do not...

9. Proposal - Cargo Capacity Skill - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Hello Kerfira, I don't think anyone would advocate what you describe because as you rightly say that would be a serious balancing issue between all ships. However, it is certainly open to capsuleers to both increase and decrease their ship's cargo...

10. Proposal - Cargo Capacity Skill - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
As I understand it freighters can't fit rigs or modules so the boost to those cargo expanding items wouldn't affect freighter capacities. Perhaps an issue for cap ships though - perhaps apply it to sub caps only.

11. Proposal - Cargo Capacity Skill - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
WarlockX, I agree - if you have a look at my 4th paragraph the "only affects modules" etc option is probably the only way this would work because as others have noted a straight up boost to cargo capacity across the board would change a lot of gam...

12. Proposal - Cargo Capacity Skill - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
There are various skills that allow you to improve your ship's shield, armour, hull, speed, agility, targeting and so on. There is not, so far as I am aware, a skill that directly affects cargo capacity for all ships. Some ships do get cargo bonu...

13. Orca used as a Hulk - Insane ??? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
If you have the skills look at the deep core mining laser II. It uses crystals. Back in the day when I mined in a hauler it was the best way to improve yield. Could put MLUs in the lows too but you may want to be slower?

14. Eve 25 years ago. - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Great times. My in game sig has an Elite reference. Played a few versions including the BBC Model B tape version with just the Constrictor mission. Frontier was much closer to EVE with missions range of ships etc. Fond memories of planetary base...

15. medium projectile turret help - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I ran into this with mediums when I started using them. You need to change your flying style to either engage at range with artillery or kite once engaged to cut transversal. Using a web will help as would tracking enhancers. I would also fit assa...

16. Extenders and Invulnerability Fields - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I've noticed a few fits here where an IF is used alongside a LSE while others use 2 LSEs. Fitting issues aside I wondered which combination was best. In terms of survival of the shield the two extenders would always seem to come out on top, given...

18. Rupture and Shield Tanking PvE - in Ships and Modules [original thread]

19. Rupture and Shield Tanking PvE - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I know that due to its low slots most people would armour tank a Rupture with a big plate or use a medium armour rep and hardeners. Because my skills are more shields based I thought I'd try something else. So I've put a large shield extender in...

20. Smartbombs and Drones - in Warfare & Tactics [original thread]
Interesting. So if you were caught out solo or had an Ewar drone on you you could pull in your drones and try and counter this way then launch your drones again. Clearly strength of their drone skills would have an impact as would strength and typ...
